🎁 Shipping & Handling
Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer shipping outside of the US at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
All orders are packed by hand and mailed out via USPS first-class letter mail within 3 business days of your order. No tracking is provided for letter mail, but you will receive a notification when your items have been shipped.
Your stickers are packaged in a sealed cello bag, along with a backing card inside a 5"x7" envelope to help protect them as they zip through the postal service. :)
Once your order leaves my hands, it usually arrives within 5-7 business days via USPS. However, this is an estimate and delays may occur (adverse weather, holidays, etc).
💸 Refunds & Returns
If you cancel your order before it has been mailed, I will be happy to refund you. After your order has been shipped, I will not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise except in special circumstances.
If there's a problem with your order please don't hesitate to contact me and I will make it right! Please use my shop contact form and I will reply as soon as possible.
💖 Sticker Club Rewards
Unlike a typical monthly sticker club supported by a subscription service like Patreon, for now my club is ala cart - buy when you want! Each month's stickers will be available for a limited time, with an option for returning some time in the future (but no guarantees)!
Loyal sticker club customers will receive a special surpise in their 6th order! You do not have to order 6 months consecutively to be eligible for the loyalty reward. :)
